Check out what we found when we were clearing out some old stuff in the warehouse. A collection of old stamps!! The wooden looking stamps have been made with letters from type set letters. Clamped together much like printing was done in the early days. These are metal stamp mounted on wooden blocks very rare now.

Tube Checker

This handy little rubber stamp is ideal for keeping in your pocket without making a mess. Used widely as an inspector stamp, also ideal for stamping on reward cards. Although it is a rubber stamp a liitle pad is included in the lid, so no need for a separte pad.

Maxlight Stamps

The maxlight stamp is part of the new generation of stamps coming through. Unlike traditional rubber stamps they don't require a rubber or polymer die. They achieve the same thing by using a membrane which has an image scored on to it by using heat and pressure, the resulting weakness in the membrane allows ink through the membrane. This allows for a very crisp transfer of ink time after time.

Our Favourite Range of Stamps

Recently… a customer asked us “What is your favourite range of stamp?” Obviously being in the stamp trade there are many types, however there is one range that I like above the rest. This is the Educational Stamp Range. I remember years ago at school, receiving back my homework from the previous day. The first thing I’d look at is if it has a big red tick but even better than that… if it has a GREAT WORK in a bright coloured ink stamped at the bottom. I’d show my friends, parents and feel really proud. The impact that these little stamps can have on a child trying harder at school is the reason why this range is my favourite.
